There is nothing more important for us than your satisfaction with your purchase! If there’s any problem regarding your purchase, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Quality control
The difference is in the details. Every item is meticulously R&D’d for the best print and color results. Checkpoints throughout the process ensure your garments are picked, printed, packed, and shipped correctly. Ongoing software and system advances help us to stay ahead of the curve.
30-DAY WARRANTY:
During this warranty period, if the product arises with a defect or does not meet your expectation, to the extent permitted by our policy, we will either: Resend a new Product equivalent to the Product that was purchased or Refund 100% of the purchase price of the Product.
⚠️ Limitations: The warranty policy is applicable only once per order.

- Your Order ID
- Delivery address
- Contact info
- Photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.
We do not require you to return any items, it’s less trouble for you and less environmental impact on the world. Your photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.
MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
if you want to cancel or modify your order, please use our contact form, or reach out at info@starryprints.com, please include your order number and the details of modification requests. Please note that we try to fulfill your order as soon as we can, thus your modification/cancellation request is only eligible within the first 2 hours after placing the order. After that time, the order is sent for fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.
With a modified order, extra 1-2 days might be added to the production time frame.
